Usage Rights & Service Agreements

Seller Preparation Checklist:

I agree to forward the email “Seller Preparation Checklist and Arrival Requirements” to the Seller(s) of an occupied property for preparation prior to appointment date. The property will be fully ready upon arrival, detailed in the confirmation email. I understand the quality of photos in your online portfolio are result of Sellers who have followed your checklist and I will only expect the same quality if my Sellers follow it as well.

Readiness:

I understand the property must be raady upon our scheduled photography appointment. K. Stahl Photography reserves the right to reschedule the photography appointment if property is not ready or excessive amount of people are there. I will explain to my Seller to limit the presense of people at the property as much as possible.

Conducting Paperwork:

I agree to schedule paperwork with the Seller outside of our photography time. Signing paperwork will not be conducted during our photography appointment.

Vacant Properties:

I agree access to vacant properties will be granted via lockbox with full availability. No one else will be scheduled to attend the photography. I understand requiring an appointment at a vacant property can possibily limit availability and turn around time for all properties.

Photo Delivery:

I understand “Next Day Delivery” is defined as delivery of all final edited photography on the following day, excluding Sunday, likely between 12pm and 9pm depending on business levels.

Cancellation:

K.Stahl Photography is booked by appointment and/or reservation. Any cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment is subject to a $75 fee.

Payment & Photo Download:

All invoice balances must be paid in order to enable download of your photo gallery. Photos will be available for preview before payment, however.

Usage Rights:

All media created by K. Stahl Photography is property of K. Stahl Photography. Upon payment, the client reserves usage rights for their real estate listing and/or business marketing materials such as social media or business website. The client does not reserve the right to sell or gift media to any users unauthorized by K. Stahl Photography. ie, If a Seller is released from a listing agreement by their Realtor, the next Realtor the Seller chooses to hire will have to obtain usage rights from K. Stahl Photography if they wish to use the same photos or other associated media.
